The seams are double-taped, blind stitched and taped, providing exceptional thermal protection throughout the dive. We recommend using it in water temperatures of 23°C (73°F) and above, but we know many divers who use it successfully in much colder waters. To get the best performance from any wetsuit in cold water, pair it with a Thermocline vest and pants worn underneath and use a hood (3mm or
