The ExtendAir CO₂ absorbent cartridge is the preferred scrubber used in the O2ptima and O2ptima CM rebreathers. The ExtendAir cartridge solves many of the problems encountered with conventional granular absorbent. The biggest advantage is its ease of use: scrubber assembly takes less than a minute and is mess-free. ExtendAir cartridges are sold in boxes containing four individually sealed cartridges.
