The SSI Stress & Rescue course prepares you to recognize, prevent and manage stress in diving and to react effectively in emergency situations, both underwater and on the surface. It is one of the most highly regarded personal development courses in scuba diving, focused on safety, responsibility and teamwork.

During the course, you will learn to manage real situations, help your partner, and coordinate complex interventions, in a controlled setting and guided by certified SSI instructors.
